S duct intake was designed for ground rig test. applied engine is 1500 lb turbofan engine. when max thrust generated, mass flow is 20 kg/s. The basic design was carried out by referring to the literature which was already established, performance of S duct is analyzed using a commercial CFD. The performance criterion of the intake was judged as the pressure distortion coefficient at the interface plane.
